When we apply for a job, normally we need to pass interview tests with a high-ranking employee, HRD officer, and the big boss. Several questions test whether we fit the company's culture. Several questions tests whether we have the capability we mentioned in our CVs. Sometimes, the high-ranking officer asks the interviewee about things that he himself doesn't know the answer. He's just checking if the candidate is of better quality than him.
If the candidate turns out to be better, he proceeds to check if the candidate is willing to share his / her knowledge, meaning, teach the supervisor how to do things better. Furthermore, if the candidate is pure enough, the interviewer tests if the candidate will teach the entire company for free without even realising that the entire company is out to capture his / her skills before they kick him / her out later.
Sometimes, interviews may also be just a way to get information about current market trends. They'd only interview candidates who have experienced working with larger companies. Then, as the loser in this situation, what would the interviewee do to pass this interview tests, ethically and professionally?
Surely, for beautiful candidates, the company may hire her, just so that their precious employee (or boss) acquire new victim for his thirst to taste new girls.
